Meet Dawson the Brave

Dawson is now 8 years old and this real life superhero faced the toughest battle of his young life.

Dawson was diagnosed with a Wilms tumor, a rare kidney cancer that had spread to his lungs last year. What began as unexplained lump quickly became every parent's worst nightmare.

Dawson has endured countless hospital visits, ongoing treatments and surgery. But if you know Dawson, you know he's a fighter.

For ORVO's 2026 Rally we are welcoming Dawson, his big brother Bryce and his mom Caitlin to join us for a weekend of fun, activities and some good eats, all thanks to the donations to ORVO Cares, partnerships with Sicard RV and Quinte Isle Campark.
